From a performance to a usable tempo grid
Keep the musical timing
Apply a variable tempo map and align the detected downbeat to bar 2 while keeping the audio at its original speed.
Work at a constant tempo
Level the track to the rounded mean tempo of the whole song, or enter a BPM. Native time stretching follows the map.
Keep the editor within reach
Switch between AutoTempo and the clip editor. The chosen mode returns after switching to the mixer.
Four steps inside your Song
- Create and save a Song. Put the audio on a stereo track.
- Add AutoTempo to the audio event and choose Analyze Song.
- Choose Apply Tempo to align the downbeat at bar 2 and apply the map.
- Use Level Track for a constant BPM. Listen against the click and check the result.

App, VST3 panel and Studio Pro command extension are installed together. Codex is not required. Interfaces: English, Russian and Spanish.
Installation
Quit Studio Pro. On Mac, open the DMG and run the included installer; on Windows, run Setup.exe and follow the wizard. Reopen Studio Pro and let it scan the plug-in. See the included quick start for permissions and first use.
